Hiromi Maruyama
Biography
Ms. Maruyama has represented a variety of corporate and non-profit clients on immigration, general corporate law, administrative litigation, commercial litigation, and family court proceedings. Fluent in both English and Japanese, she was a Research Fellow at Stanford University's Asia/Pacific Research Center, an Equal Justice Foundation Fellow at the American Bar Association Center for Children and the Law, and a Rotary Foundation Scholar and teaching fellow at the State University of New York at Albany (Department of Organizational Communications). Her publications have appeared in the journal Nature, Wisconsin Women's Law Journal, Informatologia Yugoslavia, and in a collection of essays published by the Child Welfare League of America. Ms. Maruyama also has lived and worked in China and has basic knowledge of Mandarin Chinese.
