Yoshihiro Kato
Biography
Mr. Kato represents foreign and domestic clients, primarily in the areas of commercial and contract law. He also does substantial work as an international business advisor for Japanese companies in the United States, China and elsewhere.
Mr. Kato serves as principal legal counsel to the Japan Semiconductor Industry Association and the Japan Electronics and Information Technology Association, a trade association that includes all of the major Japanese electronics companies.
Prior to joining the Firm, he was at the Matsushita Institute of Government and Management (Matsushita Seikei Juku) in Tokyo, Japan.
